1. General Information:

• The SJ-ML autoclave is manufactured by ShinJin Engineering in South Korea. This device can sterilize at temperatures of 121°C to 132°C and includes a vacuum drying function.

• The 120-liter horizontal medical autoclave, SJ-ML120, is pre-programmed for various sterilization cycles, including packaged instruments, unpackaged instruments, and liquids. The device operates fully automatically until the cycle is complete.

• Safety features include a thermostat (overheat protection), electronic limits, a safety valve, and a warning buzzer.

• The LCD screen displays the status of the door, water filling, heating, sterilization, air removal, vacuum drying, and completion.

• The autoclave has a self-diagnostic system that can detect and display 12 error codes.

• The vacuum system uses a water pump and a water ejector to remove air from the chamber and perform vacuum drying.
