1. Product Information

   Food packaging is typically sterilized at temperatures of 120°C or higher without using preservatives, in a specially designed processing container.

   Unlike basic sterilization processes, the SJ-RT model features a sterilization program that prevents deformation and damage to packaging. It also includes a rapid cooling function to help the food maintain its nutritional value and minimize product degradation, ensuring the food remains fresh.

   SJ-RT100 is a fully automatic food sterilizer with the following processes: Water Supply - Heating - Air Removal - Sterilization - Cooling - Exhaust - Completion of Sterilization.

   Intelligent Pressure Management System ensures safe and reliable sterilization through systematic pressure control.

   Excellent Product Longevity with low maintenance, facilitated by the chamber management system and heating unit.

   P.I.D Control and Automatic Temperature Adjustment System enable precise temperature control through P.I.D and high-accuracy retort sterilization.
