The retort sterilizer is used for sterilizing packaged food at temperatures of 120°C or higher without preservatives, ensuring the food is sealed in a specially designed container.
Unlike basic sterilization processes, the SJ-RT model features a sterilization program to prevent deformation and damage to the packaging. It also includes a rapid cooling function to maintain the highest nutritional value of the food product and minimize degradation that could compromise freshness.
The SJ-RT80, with a capacity of 81 liters, provides a fully automatic sterilization process: Water filling - Heating - Air removal - Sterilization - Cooling - Exhaust - Process completion.
