AUTOCLAVE STERILIZER - SHINJINENG

Invented by French microbiologist Charles Chamberland in 1879, the autoclave has become one of the most important pieces of equipment for the surgical, medical and scientific industries.

• Autoclaves have a broad range of laboratory applications which include the sterilization of liquids (such as nutrient and culture media), solids (instruments, pipettes, and glassware), waste (destructive sterilization of liquid waste in bottles, or solid waste in destruction bags) and biological hazards in safety laboratories.
• Although all autoclaves have the same fundamental function (to sterilize), there are different types of autoclaves for different functions. The types of autoclaves available through Duc Duong Sci are:

1. Horizontal Autoclave

• Horizontal autoclaves are preferred throughout the world for all uses: Medical, industrial, research, and education. 
• This device is known as high speed high pressure autoclave which saves your time by heating the chamber at very fast rate. This is front loading machine saves your user time who loads many cycles for your operation theater. It gives completely dry & sterilized product

2. Vertical Autoclave

• Vertical Autoclave is compact & specially designed for laboratory which has space constraint. Vertical autoclave is easy to install, easy to use, easy to move anywhere in lab and easy to validate.

3. Class B Autoclave

• Class B Autoclaves are equipped with vacuum pump for pre vacuum and post vacuuming. It is designed for wrapped goods like patient cloths, bed sheet and packed surgical instruments. It gives complete dry and sterilize product because it removes complete cold moisture from the Chamber. It is recommended for dentist & operation theaters in Hospitals.
