• Cooling Stage: Water is recirculated through the heat exchanger, cooling all products uniformly.

Indirect Heating and Cooling: Ensures even temperature distribution. Treated and sterilized cooling water minimizes secondary contamination, resulting in high-quality products with improved taste and appearance.
