The BT-645 Desktop Dust Monitor by Met One Instruments is designed to continuously measure and log data on total suspended particulates (TSP). The device is used for assessing indoor air quality in workplaces and public spaces.
The BT-645 uses a laser optical sensor to detect and measure dust concentrations up to 100 mg/m³. The continuous flow optical sensor is combined with an air filtration system to ensure accurate measurements in adverse environments.
The device can store over 28,000 measurements in its internal datalogger. Historical samples and events can be viewed on the screen or downloaded to a computer using Comet software.
The standard device comes equipped with a TSP funnel suitable for sampling PM1, PM2.5, and PM10 particulates.
The internal battery of the BT-645 provides over 10 hours of continuous operation, with a full recharge time of 2.5 hours.
