Sonnen’s new generation Smart series of aluminum-module automatic digester is with the advantages of higher digestion efficiency and shorter digestion time. Though its volume is small, it’s function is very strong. Equipped with Sonnen’s new auto-lifting device and off-gas absorption apparatus, the digester could realize fully automatic operation of the system and is especially suitable for end users who do a lot of sample pre-processing.

Product Feature

l  Large color LCD touch screen;

l  Digestion temperature and time could be set freely, and reservation function is available;

l  From 1 to 99 heating-up stages can be set freely for the easy handling of the most complicated samples;

l  Typical sample digestion parameters are built-in in the digestor;

l  As many as 200 pieces of self-defined sample digestion parameters can be stored inside, for the review of historical information at any time;

l  Control interface of the automatic lifter is reserved;

l  Control interface of the off-gas absorber is reserved;

l  Multi parameters setting is functional. In the setting menu of the digestion condition, lifting parameter and absorption parameter can be set at the same time to realize the system fully automatic operation;

l  Over voltage, over current and overheating protection together ensure the safe operation;

l  According to the actual requirements, different parts of the digester shell are adopted with different anti-corrosion treatments of passivating, Teflon painting, epoxy painting and etc;
