This temperature logger features an external fixed probe (non-replaceable) designed for monitoring the core temperature of cans, bottles, and jars during sterilization and pasteurization processes.

Depending on the size of the product, you can select the appropriate length of the probe (ranging from a minimum of 20 mm to a maximum of 185 mm) with a 10 mm threaded end (the size includes the probe length) for easy attachment to the container using an M5 rivet (sold separately).
