The PAL-Colostrum digital refractometer is used to measure the sweetness (Brix level) of colostrum. Ideal colostrum typically has a sweetness level above 20% Brix. This device helps determine milk quality in livestock farming.

The PAL refractometer is compact and portable, making it convenient for both laboratory and field use. It features a water-resistant design, allowing it to be easily cleaned under running water.
