1. Product Description:

The PAL-Moisture digital refractometer is specifically designed for measuring moisture content. It can quickly determine water content based on the formula: Moisture = 100 - Brix. Brix represents the percentage of sucrose mass in a 100g sucrose solution. When other dissolved solids are present in the solution, a Brix conversion can be applied.

The PAL refractometer is compact and portable, making it easy to use in both laboratory and field conditions. It is water-resistant, allowing for easy cleaning under running water.
