The ATAGO PAL-Urea is specially designed for measuring the concentration of urea in Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), commonly known as AdBlue* in Europe. This device is easy to use and provides rapid results, making it suitable for ensuring the purity of DEF used in diesel engines equipped with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology. The PAL-Urea has been validated in Europe and has been available in North America since 2010, in compliance with EPA regulations for diesel engine emissions. With DEF increasingly used to meet stricter emission standards, the PAL-Urea is an essential tool for verifying that DEF solutions contain the required 32.5% urea concentration without harmful additives.
