1. Product Information
The SJ-ML autoclave is manufactured by ShinJin Engineering, South Korea. This equipment can sterilize at 121°C - 132°C and has a vacuum drying function.
It is pre-programmed for packaged instruments, unpackaged instruments, and liquids. The equipment operates fully automatically through all cycles until completion.
Safety devices are installed through a microprocessor: Thermostat (overheat protection); Electronic Limits; Safety Valve; Warning Buzzer.
The LCD screen displays the following steps: Door status (open/closed); Water filling; Heating; Sterilization; Exhaust; Vacuum drying; and completion.
Self-diagnostic system: With a self-diagnostic system and self-adjustment function, it can automatically trigger 12 error codes.
Vacuum system: Uses a water pump and a water ejector system to evacuate air from the chamber and perform vacuum drying.
